Feb. 2026: Celebrating Lantern Festival with a Fresh New Semester !

On the occasion of the Lantern Festival, Netspring team and children wish you a happy and prosperous Year of the Horse!
As the lanterns glow, children have returned to school with bright smiles, ready for a brand-new semester. In the coming weeks, our team will revisit the Green IT Classrooms to ensure all computers are running smoothly for their IT classes.
We're also excited to share highlights from the final two months of 2025, when Netspring collaborated with FORVIA and Virtuos on meaningful volunteer activities. From interactive IT lessons to creative hands-on sessions, our volunteers brought energy and inspiration to the classroom. These joyful moments reflect the impact we can create together!
Lastly, Netspring will join hands with AmCham Shanghai for our annual e-waste drive during Earth Day celebrations in April. More details coming soon—we sincerely invite you to support environmental protection with us.
Here's to a year of collaboration, innovation, and shared success.
Planting Seeds for the Future: A Look Back at FORVIA Green IT Classroom in Suzhou & Fengcheng

In November 2025, FORVIA Group's Green IT Classroom Inspiring Tomorrow Program reached two locations: Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, and Fengcheng, Jiangxi Province. Through both a new launch and a renovation, the program continued to empower the mission in transforming e-waste and green technology into educational resources, advancing the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility.
Suzhou: New Classrooms Set Sail for a “Greener” Tomorrow

On November 25th, the 13th FORVIA Green IT Classroom was inaugurated at a migrant school in Hengshan Town, Suzhou’s Wujiang District. FORVIA provided over 40 refurbished green computers, significantly improving the school's digital learning conditions. Ms. Li Li, Operations Vice President at Faurecia China, and Mr. Lu Yue, Director of Corporate Legal, Compliance and Audit China at FORVIA HELLA, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. They highlighted that the "Green IT Classroom" is more than a platform for learning tools for the kids. It aims to inspire children's enthusiasm for exploring the world, fostering digital skills while planting the seeds pf sustainability.
All volunteer activities were themed "Sailing Towards Tomorrow." In the IT classroom, volunteers guided students to explore the use of artificial intelligence in smart mobility, sparking their curiosity about cutting-edge technology. “Solar-Powered Car Workshop" that followed was loved by all kids. Children assembled their own mini cars, —experiencing firsthand the power of clean energy and the joy of creativity in motion.

Fengcheng: Renewing a Classroom, Deepening Resource Conservation

On November 28, the program made its way to Fengcheng High-tech Zone Primary School in Jiangxi, where a Green IT Classroom—after four years of steady use—received a complete renewal.
Ms. Kathy Sun, Human Resources Vice President at Faurecia China and JIKA Regions, together with local government representatives and volunteers, attended the classroom renewal ceremony. For the "resource conservation" workshop followed, volunteers began a conversation on the importance of protecting water resources, and then encouraged students to create digital posters on environmental topics, and shared daily low-carbon practices, ultimately transforming sustainable concepts from awareness into action, allowing them to take root and grow in the children's hearts.

A Long-Term Commitment to Empowering Education with the Circular Economy
Over the past thirteen years, FORVIA Group has advanced its commitment to sustainability through the program of Green IT Classroom Inspiring Tomorrow, effectively embedding circular economy principles into scalable social initiatives. By refurbishing idle computers, the program reduces e-waste while delivering quality digital learning tools to underprivileged schools—bridging the digital divide and opening doors to a wider world for more children.
Volunteering Warms Shanghai & Chengdu - A Look Back at Virtuos Green IT Classroom 2025 Volunteering

Last autumn and winter, volunteers from Virtuos Shanghai and Chengdu Studios entered local schools to provide engaging IT lessons and creative hands-on workshops for children. Where technology met creativity, knowledge was shared alongside warmth. Let’s revisit these inspiring moments together.
Retaining Autumn Memories – Virtuos Shanghai Volunteering

On the afternoon of November 21, 19 volunteers from Virtuos Shanghai visited their partner migrant school in Minhang District and conducted diversified volunteering activities for over 70 students. In 2020, Virtuos Shanghai collaborated with Netspring Green IT Classroom Program to establish a dedicated IT classroom at the school, equipped with more than 40 refurbished computers. After relocating in 2025, the classroom continues to support the school's digital education initiatives.
The children eagerly awaited the volunteers' arrival and lined up early to enter the classroom. Beginning with a volunteer's self-introduction and an engaging overview of Virtuos and the game industry, the session transitioned smoothly into an interactive discussion on natural resource conservation. The children were encouraged to share their daily eco-friendly actions. Afterwards, guided by the volunteers, they started working on computers to create environmental-themed digital posters and enthusiastically presented their finished work. At the same time, a creative autumn craft session titled "Collecting Autumn, Remembering Autumn" was underway in the science classroom. There, volunteers used poetic language to evoke the spirit of the season, inspiring the children to use fallen leaves as their material and their imagination as their brush to compose unique collages of autumn's beauty.

Digital Brushes, Green Hearts – Virtuos Chengdu Volunteering
On the afternoon of December 18, six volunteers from Virtuos Chengdu Studio visited the partner school in Shuangliu District and carried out a series of engaging volunteering activities with nearly 30 students. In April 2023, coordinated by Netspring Green IT Classroom Program and fully supported by Virtuos Chengdu Studio, the school successfully established a Green IT Classroom, which has since provided consistent support for the school IT classes.
In the IT workshop, students learned to design digital posters in PowerPoint, creatively combining text, images, and other elements. With patient guidance from the volunteers, the children turned their imaginative ideas into reality, each creating a unique poster of their own. This year's handicraft workshop introduced functional recycled art—transforming used plastic bottles and similar materials into planters for succulents. Moving beyond previous two-dimensional art activities, we ventured into three-dimensional creation this time, focusing on accessible materials, delivering a strong environmental message, and emphasizing the satisfaction of hands-on making. Guided by the Netspring team and Virtuos volunteers, the students "took green home," turning waste into lasting natural decor—where sustainability meets creativity, and life continues to grow.

Tech4Good and Growth Together
Each Green IT Classroom represents not just equipment, but a commitment to ongoing companionship; every volunteering activity is not merely a transfer of knowledge, but a meeting of mutual warmth. We thank every volunteer for their dedication, and every child for the curiosity and creativity shining in their eyes. With tech4good and companionship for growth, we look forward to our next warm encounter.
