  • On the occasion of the Lantern Festival, Netspring team and children wish you a happy and prosperous Year of the Horse!
     
    As the lanterns glow, children have returned to school with bright smiles, ready for a brand-new semester. In the coming weeks, our team will revisit the Green IT Classrooms to ensure all computers are running smoothly for their IT classes.
     
  • As we welcome the Year of the Horse in 2026, Netspring team extends our heartfelt gratitude to all partners, supporters, and teachers for your continued collaboration and dedication. Together, we have achieved remarkable milestones in this challenging yet rewarding year.
     
  • In the hot summer, the third Grundfos "Infinite Journey" program welcomed forty middle and high school students from remote area of Yunnan, Hunan, and Guangxi for a week-long experience in Shanghai. The journey integrated urban exploration, personal growth and future career planning into an unforgettable adventure. To ensure the computers were fully operational for the new semester, the team traveled over 3,500 kilometers within two weeks, revisiting 8 existing Green IT Classroom schools and assessing 2 potential new sites. Meanwhile, the 2025 Netspring Student Digital Art Competition, launched in May, is now in full swing. Let's look forward to the children's excellent works together, and details regarding the exhibition and award ceremony will be shared soon.

  • In late April, Netspring successfully co-hosted this year's Earth Day E-waste Recycling Drive with the AmCham Shanghai, achieving fruitful results. Marking ‘World Environment Day’ on June 5, we are proud to partner again with two long-term partners for another E-waste Drive to help the environment avoid pollution. At end of June, FORVIA Fengcheng Green IT Classroom renovation plan was successfully launched, and Cisco engineers also came to a migrant school in Songjiang, Shanghai to draw a close for the coding courses with the school children. 
     
  • This hopeful spring season witnessed Netspring Green IT Programs creating countless heartwarming moments. On March 12th in Beijing, Netspring team simultaneously conducted an IT skills workshop for teachers and students while hosting French Embassy officials who toured our Green IT Classroom and participated in hands-on activities with children. Later in March, the inauguration ceremony of Grundfos Green IT Classroom was successfully held in Yuexi, Anhui, equipping rural students with critical digital learning tools. In mid-April, over 20 PVH volunteers lead interactive craft workshops benefiting elderly community members and youth with intellectual disabilities. 
     
  • The winter season faded away and the spring has arrived, and Netspring children came back to the school happily to start their new semester. Netspring team revisited three Green IT Classrooms to ensure that children can use computers with smooth and steady system in their IT classes. In late February, Netspring team went to a primary school in Yuexi County, Anqing City, Anhui Province, to understand the school's current conditions and existing challenges. The team also held discissions with school representative on the feasibility of implementing the follow-up common good Green IT Classroom project.
