Position:  项目发展经理 Program Coordinator (Part-time or Full-time)

The Program Development Manager is responsible for the development of the Green IT classrooms Program for underprivileged children, in China as well as assist on site Corporate volunteers training and activities.

Role and Tasks include:

A. Business Development and marketing to develop new programs to new or existing clients

1. Organise and set up development meetings with companies / interested organisations
2. Prepare companies presentation and meetings, publications, releases, for the program,   
3. Participating to networking events & presentation to promote the program
4. Maintain relationship with prospects / clients and ensure quality follow up and service
5. Prepare quotation for new contracts in a sustainable manner
6. Organise and set up development meetings
7. Prepare related post-event marketing communication as well as regular marketing updates (website, newsletter, wechat, weibo…)

B. Support the relationship with underprivileged schools (School director, teachers) and the events with the rest of the team and clients teams.

1. Organise and maintain a database of new needy schools, school search
2. Stay connected with the teachers of existing schools on a monthly basis and understand their needs to better serve them,
3. Assist schools activity for our program, including on-the-field class opening and/or volunteering training and activities.

C. Manage the e-waste/computers received from supporting organisations / overall relationships with partners

1. Manage the client relationship for e-waste
2. Organise the logistics and the relationship with certified partners
3. Organise the logistics of the activities
4. Stay tune on new developments in the sector

Competence requirements:

Professional

1. Bachelor degree, majored in News, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or Sciences preferred.
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Power point, Excel & Photoshop)
3. Be fluent in Chinese and English (French a +), writing and speaking
4. Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience
5. Experience in common good related field, theory and practice

Personal

1. Strong initiative ability to work on multiple projects
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical
4. Must be creative with strong organization skills
5. Ability to work well with others in an international environment as well as Chinese organisations and project management experience

Organization:

Netspring is a pioneer Social Enterprise in China, with a practical operational team based in Shanghai. It has been founded in 2012 based on a simple observation: today in China there is 6 Million tons electronic waste produced every year, while 50 millions of children do not have access to computers in their schools. Netspring aims to address those 2 issues on the long term with its Green IT classroom program, developing recycling economy to create shared value between developed and under-developed Chinese areas. We are already trusted by several multinational companies. 

汇益泽 (Netspring) 创立于2012年。作为中国社会企业的开拓者，我们发现：随着市场趋势的不断变化，电脑和其它电子设备的淘汰速度越来越快。 在中国，每年至少有 6百万 台电脑被丢弃成为电子垃圾。其中七成以上被非法回收商收集、拆解甚至烧毁。这种做法严重污染空气、水体和土壤，且危害到人体健康。与此同时，中国欠发达的农村地区仍有 5千多万名学生没有电脑和互联网可以使用。 这些孩子正处于努力学习、拓宽视野的阶段，却受制于电脑教学资源的缺失。通过绿色电脑项目，汇益泽希望解决以上两个问题，发展循环经济，并在发达和不发达的中国地区之间创造共享价值，实现用一个可持续的商业模式来长期地帮助贫困地区的孩子创造平等教育机会并减少电子垃圾污染,保护环境,同时帮助企业实现社会责任。
